Ultradent provides all of the whitening materials for the Smiles for Life Whitening campaign each year. Their generous contribution is responsible for over $1,000,000 a year of whitening contributions.
Through Henry Schein Cares, Henry Schein contributes all of the disposable supplies for all of our Humanitarian Expeditions and has for over a decade.
Trez contributes both product and money to the Smiles for Life Foundation. In addition to a blanket 8% from all orders placed by Crown Council dentists, Trez allows each participating practice to donate one aligner case for every 5 paid cases completed. For this case, both the dentist and Trez donate 100% of the time and material to the Smiles for Life Foundation.
Utah Valley Dental Lab with Dr. David Hornbrook sponsor the Change-a-Smile / Change-a-Life program with Crown Council Young Dentists. In addition to three clinical aesthetic program each year, one patient is selected to receive a complete smile maker.
Ballard Laboratories created the initial concept and continues ongoing support for lab work during our Humanitarian Expeditions to the Dominican Republic. Their program includes the training of Dominican technicians to continue building removable devices as an on-going enterprise.
